By downloading and using Mastook you accept these terms. Please read them carefully.
The service
Mastook is a mobile app that regularly checks, on your behalf, the stock and price of products in supported stores at size level and notifies you when something changes. Mastook is offered only as an iPhone and Android app; it doesn't sell anything. You buy products on the stores' own websites.
Account
You need an account to use Mastook (with Apple, Google or e-mail). You're responsible for keeping your details correct and your password safe. Your tracking list and plan belong to your account and show up on every phone you sign in on. You can delete your account any time in the app under Settings → Account settings → Delete account; see Delete Your Account for details.
Plans and subscriptions
- The free plan includes a limited number of products and less frequent checks.
- Premium and Premium+ are auto-renewing subscriptions that can be bought only in the app, through the App Store or Google Play. No payments are taken on our website or any other channel.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID (App Store) or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. Current prices and periods are shown in the app before you buy.
- A subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the renewal is charged to your account within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time after purchase: on iPhone in Settings → your name → Subscriptions, on Android in Google Play → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. After you cancel, the subscription stays active until the end of the period.
- Price changes are applied under App Store and Google Play rules; the store tells you before a change and asks for your consent where required.
- Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds are decided by Apple and Google under their own policies. See Refunds for details.
- For purchases made on iOS, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies in addition to these terms.
Quick Buy
- Quick Buy can be turned on for 5 products with Premium and 10 with Premium+. When stock is back, users with Quick Buy on are alerted first, in the order they turned it on; this doesn't guarantee you can buy the item.
- Mastook never buys on your behalf. When you tap the alert, the store's site opens inside the app and picking the colour and size and adding to the bag are made easier; you confirm the order and the payment. The sales contract is between you and the store.
- Store pages change, so picking and adding to the bag may not always work; check your bag before paying. Mastook is not responsible for the store's stock, prices, order cancellations or account decisions.
Acceptable use
- You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
- Stressing the app with automated tools, reverse engineering it, trying to get around limits or using it in a way that harms the stores is not allowed.
- We may restrict or end the service for use that breaks these rules.
Brands and independence
Mastook is an independent app. Zara, Bershka, Mango, Beymen, Vakko and other store names and product images belong to their owners and are shown only to identify supported stores and the products you track. Mastook has no partnership with these brands.
Limitation of liability
Stock and price information comes from the stores' websites and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. We don't guarantee that an alert will arrive within a given time or that you will be able to buy the product. See the Disclaimer for details. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the service.
Changes and termination
We may improve or change the service and these terms. Important changes are announced in the app. You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it; an active subscription must be cancelled separately in your store settings.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumer arbitration committees and the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction over disputes.
