All payments for Mastook subscriptions are taken through the App Store or Google Play, so cancellations and refunds are handled there too. Mastook has no access to your payment details and can't refund a payment directly.
Cancel your subscription
iPhone
- Open the Settings app and tap your name at the top.
- Go to Subscriptions and choose Mastook.
- Tap Cancel Subscription.
Android
- In the Google Play app, tap your profile icon.
- Go to Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions and choose Mastook.
- Tap Cancel subscription.
After you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the current period and you won't be charged again. Deleting the app or your Mastook account does not cancel a subscription.
Request a refund
- App Store: Sign in at reportaproblem.apple.com with your Apple ID and choose "Request a refund" for the purchase.
- Google Play: Use the Google Play refund page or your order history in Google Play.
Refund requests are reviewed and decided by Apple and Google under their own policies.
Right of withdrawal
A subscription is a digital service delivered immediately after you confirm it. Under Article 15 of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal may not apply to services delivered instantly in electronic form. Even so, you can always use the App Store and Google Play refund processes.
